Batch, Tunnel Powder Coating Ovens

Kiwicote batch ovens have a top mounted combustion chamber as an integral part of the unit, eliminating the need for any exterior duct work.  This compact arrangement reduces energy and saves floor space.  The oven shell is constructed of prefabricated panels filled with high temperature insulation.

Our ovens are fitted with a centrifugal fan, to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of the processed air to internal ducting on either side of the oven walls ensuring an even air flow and temperature.
